Masoom Minawala and Diipa Khosla’s Mix-of-Culture Appearances at Cannes

At the famous Cannes Film Festival, we saw Deepika Padukone, Aishwarya Rai, and other celebrities stroll the red carpet. However, life and Covid had different plans this time. Influencers, Masoom Minawala and Diipa Khosla, to our astonishment, represented India at the Cannes de Festival 2021. With heart full of love, and excited cheers, we couldn’t hold back from featuring this in our article for the day. Hence, today we’re here to discuss their appearances on this prestigious platform. Let’s get started without further ado, shall we?

Both of these individuals made a significant contribution to the culture in Cannes by wearing Indian as well as western attires. Masoom Minawala debuted in a Manish Malhotra saree with shoulder capes on both sides. She looked gorgeous in neutral makeup, with ornate Boucheron earrings for a pop of colour. And in her silver sizzling saree, she drew everyone’s attention.

For the third time, Diipa-Buller Khosla has been welcomed to this platform, and she has not failed to win our hearts. Falguni Shane Peacock’s stunning black patterned lehenga with elaborate detailing made her look effortlessly elegant. The high waisted lehenga was automatically the standout portion of the outfit when coupled with an off-shoulder blouse and dupatta for minimalism on the other two fronts. Her dress was enhanced by the neutral makeup and silver jewellery, which perfectly suited it. The maang tika was the icing on the cake we didn’t realise we needed.

While on the western front, both of these women added gowns to their lists in preparation for a magical day. Masoom Minawala wore a stunning sorbet-hued gown from Lia Stublla with silver earrings. When put together as a whole, the outfit looks as bright and ferocious as the sun, and I’m a fan.

Diipa Buller-Khosla didn’t hold back when it came to making her fairytale wishes come true. She wore a Tony Ward one-shoulder structured gown with crystal jewels falling downwards as she walked the red carpet. With a neat high ponytail and thick brows, she completed her look perfectly, and we couldn’t help but be captivated.

The mixture of both Indian and western when brought by these women speaks volumes of the power of amalgamations. With slaying both looks and upcoming ones, we can’t help but be mesmerised. And until my pen writes more for you, why don’t we keep watching their stories and wait for more? Because, I for one, am absolutely curious and cannot keep calm. And, here’s to Masoom and Diipa for making the nation proud!
