Bhuvan Bam’s biggest collab with creators for Dhindora official music video becomes an instant hit

One of India’s top creators Bhuvan Bam released his debut web series on October 14 and fans haven’t stopped gushing over it. The Himank Gaur helmed eight-part comedy series has Bhuvan playing nine characters and is touted to be another milestone in the latter’s content creation career. The buzz refuses to take a pause as the 27-year-old creator has now dropped the official music video of Dhindora that has accumulated around 11 million views on Youtube already within hours of its launch.

A couple of days ago, Bhuvan posted a photograph on his social media profiles announcing the biggest collab ever with 16 content creators from across India. For the official music video of the series, Bhuvan Bam joined hands with Ajey Nagar AKA CarryMinati, Tanmay Bhat, Zakir Khan Ashish Chanchlani, Gaurav Taneja, Gayatri Bhardwaj, Harsh Beniwal, MJ5, Nikunj Lotia, Nishchay Malhan, Round2Hell, Sejal Kumar, and Sonal Devraj.

Let’s put it in Tanmay Bhat’s words- Every Youtuber you love is dancing here!

The video is packed with drama, comedy, zestful music, eclectic dance steps and is a celebration of the hard work and dedication that the team poured in for the series. The music has been created by Sneha Khanwalkar while Kailash Kher has given vocals for the song. The lyrics are penned down by Sneha Khanwalkar and Bhuvan Bam himself. It’s also the first time that the popular creators have come together to share screen space for a music video for the series. The partnership has been a success and so is the series. Numbers are proof!

Sharing some behind the scene anecdotes on Linkedin, Rohit Raj, Co-Founder & CEO, BB Ki Vines Productions shares that the plan was to use the music strategically in the trailer & in the background score of the show.

Commenting on the music video further, he wrote further, “But after all the time we spent on things-to-do we realized doing something interesting which celebrates the ecosystem, shows the world the love people have in this community for each other and also for the greed of some facetime with them because it’s had been more than 2 years since we all were together last. We got Ruel Varindani to choreograph & direct this music video thinking we need to put 16 of the biggest digital creators in 4 minutes and also try and make them all dance. Also, get them all on the same date at the same place and execute all of this in less than a week.”

During the launch of the series, Bhuvan was quoted saying, “It has been truly incredible to have received all the love since I started out with YouTube, 6-years ago. I feel YouTube Originals is the most fitting platform for Dhindora to reach all our audiences. I hope this association will only strengthen going forward.”

The digital universe has showered support for the music video and this one-of-a-kind creator collaboration. It’s definitely making noise across social media.
